3. Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS
All payments made to SwingWatchlist are final and non-refundable.
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscription purchases, including but not limited to:
- PRO monthly subscriptions (₹399/month)
- PREMIUM monthly subscriptions (₹599/month)
- Any promotional or discounted subscriptions
3.1 Reasons We Do Not Offer Refunds
Since SwingWatchlist is a digital service with instant access:
- Immediate Access: You receive full access to all subscribed features immediately upon payment
- Digital Nature: The service is consumed as soon as access is granted
- Data Generation: Daily scans and historical data are provided continuously
- Clear Description: All features, limitations, and pricing are clearly stated before purchase
3.2 No Refunds For
- Unused subscription time or features
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use or understand the service
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms violations
- Technical issues on the user's end (device compatibility, internet connection)
- Market losses or trading decisions made using our tools
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
3.3 Free Trial Alternative
Before Purchasing: We offer a FREE plan with limited features so you can test our service before committing to a paid subscription.

- No credit card required for FREE plan
- Test all core features before upgrading
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of these methods:
- Dashboard: Login → Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send cancellation request to iamlearntotrade@gmail.com
- Phone/WhatsApp: Contact +91 8610080691 during support hours
4.2 What Happens After Cancellation
Access Until End of Billing Period:
- You will continue to have full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
- You can continue using the service until the paid period expires
4.3 After Subscription Expiry
Once your paid subscription period ends:
- Automatic Downgrade: Your account will be automatically downgraded to the FREE plan
- Data Preservation: All your watchlists and symbols will be preserved
- Limited Access: Access will be limited according to FREE plan restrictions (3 watchlists, 150 symbols)
- Reactivation: You can upgrade to a paid plan again at any time
4.4 Cancellation Timing

No partial refunds are issued regardless of when you cancel.
5. Subscription Renewal
5.1 Automatic Renewal
- Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month
- You will be charged the current subscription fee for the plan
- Payment will be processed through your saved payment method via Razorpay
5.2 Preventing Renewal
To prevent automatic renewal:
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You will receive access until the end of the current period
- No charges will be made for the next cycle
6. Payment Failures
6.1 Failed Renewal Payments
If your subscription renewal payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment 1-2 more times over the next 3 days
- You will receive email notifications about the payment failure
- If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled
- Your account will be downgraded to FREE plan
6.2 Updating Payment Method
To avoid payment failures:
- Keep your payment information up to date in your account settings
- Ensure sufficient funds are available before renewal date
- Check your email regularly for payment notifications
7. Account Termination
7.1 Voluntary Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account:
- Contact our support team at iamlearntotrade@gmail.com
- All your data (watchlists, symbols, settings) will be permanently deleted
- No refunds will be issued for active subscriptions
- Account deletion is irreversible
7.2 Termination by SwingWatchlist
If we terminate your account due to Terms violations:
- Your access will be immediately revoked
- No refunds will be issued
- Your data may be deleted
8. Upgrade and Downgrade
8.1 Upgrading Plans
If you upgrade from PRO to PREMIUM (or FREE to paid):
- Upgrade takes effect immediately
- You will be charged the full price of the new plan
- New billing cycle starts from upgrade date
- Previous plan billing cycle is forfeited (no refunds)
8.2 Downgrading Plans
If you downgrade from PREMIUM to PRO (or paid to FREE):
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of current billing period
- You keep current plan access until period ends
- No refunds for the price difference
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important: If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Access to all features will be revoked
- Your data may be deleted
- You may be banned from future use of the service

10. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refund requests in these exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: Complete service outage for more than 7 consecutive days due to our error
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized Access: If your account was compromised and purchases were made without your knowledge (subject to verification)
All exceptional refund requests must be:
- Submitted within 48 hours of the charge
- Accompanied by relevant proof/documentation
- Sent to iamlearntotrade@gmail.com
Refund approval is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
